    Naturally split on the tree, with a kernel content of 52 to 55%, this product is used purely as a snack, raw or roasted salted and flavored in the shell.

  • Mechanically Opened In-Shell Pistachios

    Mechanically opened along the suture, with a kernel content of 47-50%. This product is used as a snack in discount markets.

  • Raw Pistachio Kernels

    Closed Pistachios are shelled to create this product, these raw kernels are perfect for use in baking, as snacks or as ingredients for industry.

  • Green Peeled Pistachio Kernels

    Green Pistachios are harvested earlier to ensure that signature bright green colour. This unique nut has a higher fat content, meaning it’s perfect for high quality confectionary, ice creams and pastry.
